Breathable Textile Coatings

Witcoflex products are a range of low moisture vapour permeable solvent based polyurethane's which are coated on to a variety of textiles To produce coated fabrics for industrial, sports and leisurewear garments, tents, Rucksacks, luggage, groundsheets and sleeping bags.

Witcoflex Superdry is a range of solvent-based hydrophilic polyurethanes which can be coated on to a variety of textiles to produce soft, durable, waterproof and moisture vapour permeable coatings. These coated fabrics can be used in garments for the sportswear, leisurewear and industrial markets.

Witcoflex Ecodry is a range of water-based hydrophilic polyurethane's which can be coated on to a variety of textiles to produce very soft, durable, waterproof and moisture vapour permeable coatings. These coated fabrics can be used in garments for the sportswear, leisurewear and industrial markets.

Witcoflex Comfortplus* films are produced from solvent based hydrophilic polyurethane's which can be cast out on to release carrier to form unsupported films which can be further laminated with water-based "breathable" adhesives to a variety of textiles to produce very soft, durable, waterproof, and high moisture vapour permeable laminates. These are used in garments for sportswear, leisurewear, industrial and in some medical applications. F.R. grades also available.
