Trixene SC7600 series
A range of low viscosity solution prepolymers, based upon Toluene di-isocyanate. Can be used in single component moisture curing priming and sealing applications for a wide range of substrates. The products are available in a range of solvents and solvent concentrations. Typical applications include concrete primers and anti-corrosion coatings for various substrates including steel and aluminium.
Trixene SC7700 series
A range of 100% solids polyfunctional Toluene di-isocyanate prepolymers of low to medium molecular weight. Can be used in one and two component coating applications. Commonly used to produce highly flexible roof membranes and are available as tri and di functional polymers.
"Can be supplied as low monomer stripped versions from Baxenden's stripping plant, which produce prepolymers with free monomer contents < 0.1%."
Trixene SC7800 series
A range of medium viscosity prepolymers based on Methylene -diphenyl di-isocyanate of low to medium molecular weight. Can be used as one component moisture cure priming and sealing applications on a variety of substrates, particularly concrete.
Trixene SC7900 series
A range of moisture curable, fully reacted and two component medium molecular weight polymers, based upon polyfunctional aliphatic isocyanates. Can be used as one component moisture cure coatings to produce anti-graffiti coatings, 100% solids roofing membranes. Can also be combined with Trixene SC7906 (urethane bis-oxazolidine) to produce high build moisture activated membranes.
Trixene AS / ASF Monofunctional TDI / PTSI
Low molecular weight species designed for moisture elimination when formulating both one and two pack polyurethane coatings.
Trixene PR series
A range of fully reacted polyurethanes based upon aromatic isocyanates, designed specifically for the flexibilisation of nitro cellulose based printing ink applications.
