Isofoam RM and SS

Are a range of rigid moulded and sprayed polyurethane foam systems. They are 2 component polyether systems based on Methylene-diphenyl di-isocyanate and, are fully formulated to comply with zero ozone depletion regulations. Isofoam systems can be placed into the main application areas below:-

Composite Panel Systems

A full selection of varying density rigid foams are available for insulated and non insulated composite panel applications, ranging from cold store cladding and roofing panels to structural load bearing composites. Temperature range of foams available is from -150ºC - +140ºC continuous use. Both PUR and PIR formulations are available for a selection of insulation grade foam systems.

Buoyancy

A selection of foam systems are available for both surface and deep sea buoyancy applications. Injection and spray foams are also comprehensively used within the boat building industry and some are available with independent certification for life saving apparatus and pleasure boat manufacture.

Automotive

Recognised as the leader in formulation of S-RIM, incorporating glass matt materials, Isofoam products have an enviable reputation for ease of manufacture and very high quality for structural automotive products ranging from light weight door trims to high density underbody mouldings.

Thermal Insulation

Injection and spray foams are available for all applications for thermal insulation ranging from domestic hot water tanks and cylinders to road going tankers and industrial chillers. A low hydrolysable chloride variant is available for use with stainless steel materials.

Rigid Foam Pool

Pipe and Tank

A range of pour, injection and spray foams are available for all tank and insulated pipeline applications. A comprehensive track record of over 30 years experience has seen end use from petrochemical land pipes to specialist pressurised sub-sea lines for gas and oil.

Water Stop

A proven water seal injection two component compound is available for crack sealing in tunnels or mines and for aggregate stabilisation.

Dispensing Equipment

A fully comprehensive range of low and high pressure machinery for all of the foam systems is available together with a comprehensive technical service package for the end user.
