Flexible Polyurethane Foam Systems
Flexocel
Are a range of polyurethane foam systems for the production of flexible and semi-flexible moulded parts. They are all Zero Ozone Depleting, 2 component polyether systems based on Methylene-diphenyl di-isocyanate.
Flexocel IS series
The unique physical characteristics of a skinned tough surface along with a cellular foam core is ideal for both office furniture armrest mouldings and automotive interior and exterior trim parts (e.g. steering wheels, nudge bars, side strips etc). Systems are supplied fully formulated and are blown with alternative blowing agent technology (non-flammable and Zero ODP) to comply with current regulations.
Flexocel SR series
Are a range of water blown products with excellent energy absorption properties. Ideal for automotive trim and safety devices (e.g. fascia, safety helmet liners) when employed behind PVC or ABS skins.
Flexocel F series
Are a range of water blown flexible systems. The main uses are automotive seating, sound insulation.
Flexocel MC series
Are a range of water blown microcellular systems. The main uses are industrial workplace floor mat mouldings, sports balls and other applications requiring excellent flow and physical properties.
