Polyurethane Thermal Break
Castomer SU series
The Castomer SU range is a series of black pigmented 2 component polyurethane systems specifically designed for use as a thermal barrier in Aluminium extrusions. They react to produce a very strong insulating polymer, which is ideal for the insulation of commercial of residential applications. The Castomer SU series are also used for moulding solid rigid components and for potting of electrical components.
Castomer SU6250
This is a two component polyurethane system specifically designed for use as a thermal break system for Aluminium extrusions. The system has a gel time of 25-30 seconds.
Castomer SU6224
This is a two component thixotropic polyurethane. The product gives a good surface appearance and can be used without end tapes. The system has a thixotropic time of 3-4 seconds and gel time of 25-30 seconds.
