Baxenden Launches Composite Panel Systems
As part of the company's extensive research and development programme Baxenden Chemicals has launched a range of zero ozone depletion potential (zero-ODP) and polyisocyanurate (PIR rigid urethane systems).
Meeting the ever changing requirement of the PU industry these new systems are available for use in the discrete manufacture of aluminium and steel-faced, rigid thermal insulation panels for composite building or structural load bearing composites and are easily processed through all types of metering equipment.
A unique blend of revolutionary blowing agents has resulted in the highest possible insulation values for these types of products together with proven mechanical properties based on over 30 years of technical innovation.
A full range of varying density rigid foam systems are available for insulated composite panel applications, including cold store cladding, food processing rooms, roofing , wall panels and also structural load bearing panels.
Formulation and processing advice is also available to meet the criterion of enhanced fire testing regulations.
